| We are looking for a Sr. Telecom Engineer to work in Westborough, MA. We need someone who has done the planning, designing, project management work as well as hands on work. Location: Westborough, MA Type: CTH Start: ASAP · Specialized skills are Avaya, Nice, IQ and Architecture. · Must have specific experience in: Administration Create IP Trunks, troubleshoot and monitor voice statistics, Configuration, create stations, strong analytical background, analyze traffic, · Architecture: Avaya architecture, design, define in Avaya Call Center environment · Identify, diagnose and resolve Telecommunications problems · Guidance and advice on best practices and strategy · Move/Add/Change · Schedule and complete preventative maintenance · Knowledge transfer to supporting teams (turn-over) · Maintain knowledge base of telecom environment and troubleshooting information · Provide technical support for complex production systems and services. · Serves as an escalation point for the Service Desk, Project Management, and other business/application owner teams · Log and track calls in ticketing system · Facilitates vendor service and system upgrades with Service Desk, project management teams, other business/application owners etc., as required to ensure system availability |
